Guardians of Fallen Riches - 48 x 12

Guardians of Fallen Riches tells the tale of two squirrels, as they face-off on a patch of grass. A pile of acorns, forms the center of the composition under hanging foliage with rich berries.

Implying a standoff, their tails evaporate into dried gold, copper and other metallic colored leaves, pine-cones and other seasonal detritus, suggesting the fall winds and flurrying foliage - dramatically framing the subjects and reinforcing the autumnal theme.

This stunning Fall centerpiece is 48" wide and 12" tall, and looks fantastic on a mantle as a central focus for the room.   Painted in acrylics with the addition of mixed media and real fall foliage.
